Staff Holidays: Orders for embroidered clothing and bags, printed T shirts, mugs and coasters will be delayed due to holidays. These items are produced to order, and will be processed from the last week of August. Please bear this in mind when ordering :)

Shipping Information

We endeavour to ship your order as quickly as possible, however please do bear in mind that orders are mostly processed by volunteers. With the best will in the world, we aren't Amazon! 

Please also note that orders for certain items (embroidered clothing, printed T shirts, printed mugs and coasters) are produced to order by a third party supplier and may take up to 14 days to deliver. 

International Shipping: Due to recent changes with the way International parcels are handled and the associated charges, we have had to remove the option to ship outside the UK. This is not a decision we have taken lightly, but if there are items that you really do want us to ship to you please email us at retail.warehouse@svrlive.com and we will do you a personalised quote for shipping. 

 

During festive and celebratory periods, such as Christmas, you may face delays in receiving your order, as courier networks tend to get very busy. Therefore if your order is not received within 10 working days then please get in touch with us immediately and we'll do our best to help you.

Royal Mail currently advise - Allow plenty of time for posting.  Please post items and gifts for Christmas early, particularly for International deliveries. 

SVR cannot be held responsible for delays outside of our control and rely on Royal Mail and its partner couriers to get your orders to you. Please always allow plenty of time to order.
